Vallier restaurant
Year: 2016
Client: Vallier restaurant
Architect: Appareil Architecture
Le Vallier restaurant, in Old Montréal, was looking for a piece that was both distinctive and refined for the front of the establishment. The entranceway, made of raw steel, cathedral glass and brass, enhances the eatery’s European styling and creates a feeling of comfort and privacy for patrons. A second glass divider was installed to separate the dining room from the kitchen, and a custom wine cellar blends seamlessly into the building’s century-old architecture.
